Below you will find a list of questions we receive often, answers to those questions and highlighting other important information.

 

  1. What is the difference between this store and the asset store?

    Our store provides a more direct and personal experience for customer purchases, orders and support for the products we provide.

  2. Will i receive an asset store voucher code if i purchase from this store?

    We do not offer asset store vouchers for our products sold on this store, however we do provide a simple and easy to use system that allows you to download your purchased products right away.


  3. How do i download my purchased products?

    Upon completion of checkout, you should be able to see a notification at the top left of the checkout form, letting you that you can now download your purchased products now.

    The small red "Download" button will lead you to the download page.

    If you happen to miss this you can still access your files through the email link(s) that are sent on checkout completion. 

    If all else fails, you can always log in through the shop and view your recent transactions/purchases, within those order details are individual download links to the products you purchased during that transaction.

  4. How will i receive update notification when an asset has been updated?

    When an asset update is pushed to the public, you will receive a notification email letting you know there is an update ready for you to download. All of our product updates through this shop will be handled in this manner.

  5. What is the product upgrade policy?

    Every year as we further develop our products we will charge a nominal upgrade fee which is usually around 20% of the normal purchase price for the next major release of our software.

    These upgrades are aligned to the major Unity versions they support. For example CTS 2019 will be enhanced and supported for the full Unity 2019 product cycle. You are not obliged to update to newer versions of our products if you do not need to, however old versions of our products will not be supported on new versions of Unity.

    All upgrade money is fed back to the team to ensure that we can continue to update, grow and support our products and customers over time.

  6. Will the product updates provided here be the same as the asset store?

    Yes all of our product updates are exactly the same across all stores.

  7. How do i receive support for my purchases?

    We provide around the clock support with our dedicated support team that can easily be reached through our Contact Us form or via our FreshDesk.

  8. Do you have a dedicated discord channel?

    We have a public Discord which you can use to ask support questions, interact with other users, show off what you've made with our assets and more!

  9. Do you have dedicated forums?

    Yes we have forums for each of our products: Ambient Skies, Ambient Sounds, CTS, Gaia, GeNa, Pegasus and SECTR.
